Guarantee:  Advance deposit of 1 night room and tax due at booking to secure reservations. Exceptions:  December 24, 2009 – January 2, 2010 requires a deposit in the form of credit card, check or money order equal to one night’s lodging per room non-refundable within 10 days of booking, and the full balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: To avoid any penalties, cancellations or changes in your reservation must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Exception: Dec. 24, 2009 - January 2, 2010 requires 31 days' advance notice.

Minimum Nights Requirement: 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum during holiday time periods (U.S. holidays), 4 night minimum December 24, 2009-January 2, 2010.
