1000 square feet. Regency’s are 2 4-sleepers connected by an adjoining door inside of unit maximum occupancy 8 persons. All Regency units have 2 fireplaces, with the exception of 3 units, which only have one fireplace. Regency unit needs to be booked as full unit then you can split it out for use/exchange or rental. Remembering you can split out unit by doing a lock-off with exchange companies or deposit only one side of unit into rental or both. With Exchange companies unit is a 2 bedroom sleeps 8/privacy of 4. Remember you can do a lock-off and deposit it as 2-1 bedrooms for 2 weeks each sleeps 4/privacy 2.
